About

Posted by raconte  Published in The World As I See It

I have over 35 years of experience at the bedside, in nursing management and in nursing education. NICU, PICU and Pediatrics are my nursing specialities, though like so many of my generation I have a breathe of knowledge in all areas of basic hospital-based nursing. Quality of Care, Nurse Recruitement and Retention and Patient Advocacy are my main focuses today.
